Constantin Groll is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) and is editor of the e-journal Critical Reviews on Latin American Research (www.CROLAR.org). He was associated investigator in the desigualdades.net (FU Berlin) project and visiting researcher at UN CEPAL (Chile) and FLASCO (Spain). His research interests include tax and fiscal policies, inequality and federalism & regional inequality in Latin America. In the trandes Network he is studying the relationship between taxation and fiscal policies and sustainable development in Latin America. Among his recent publications is the edited volume (with Maria Fernanda Valdes and Jorge Atria): Rethinking Taxation in Latin America: Reform and Challenges in Times of Uncertainty forthcoming in Palgrave Macmillan.
